Who runs this site

dominikbuksa.pl is run by me, Dominik Buksa, an art director working in digital and AI. Contact: buksadominik@gmail.com, phone +48 500 239 822. The site is my professional portfolio: nothing is sold through it and no payments are collected.

What is on the site

Project write-ups, essays about design work, a list of tools and a list of inspirations. Numbers quoted next to projects come from specific implementations and from reports I either ran myself or received from the client. Where a number applies to a period or to particular conditions, I say so. I do not quote numbers I cannot point to a source for.

Rights to the work

The work shown here was made under commissions and employment. Economic rights to most of it belong to clients or employers; it is shown as portfolio, on terms agreed with those parties. You may not copy, alter or use it commercially without the rights holder's permission.

Texts and photographs of which I am the author may be quoted with a credit and a link. Images on third-party services I link to belong to their authors; I only point to where they were published.

Newsletter

Signing up is voluntary and requires confirmation through the link in the first message. Without that confirmation you never reach the list. I send rarely, only when there is new material: a new case study, a tool that genuinely changed how I work, or an inspiration that is more than a pretty picture.

Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes the address immediately and without questions. I do not pass addresses on and I do not send other companies' advertising.

Liability

I do my best to keep the site running and the information current, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every external link will live forever. The authors of the pages I link to are responsible for their content.

Changes

I may change these terms when what the site does changes. The current version always lives at this address. Last updated: September 2026.
